What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and have all tags attached. Hats, accessories, and items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
How do I start a return?
Email GeorgiosATL@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll share return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
Can I exchange an item?
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, you’ll need to return the original and place a new order.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive tracking info by email once your order ships.
Where do you ship from?
All online orders ship from our Atlanta warehouse.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. We currently ship within the U.S. only.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders cannot be changed once submitted. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at GeorgiosATL@gmail.com. If the order has already shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Some styles may be restocked, but many of our drops are limited. Follow us on Instagram or join our mailing list to stay updated on new arrivals.
